Pilates

Pilates is a series of controlled slow movements that is suitable for all age groups. This is done on a mat and it will help to build up your strength, mobility and flexibility.

Yoga

Yoga helps to improve your flexibility, strength and balance with the help of physical postures. Also with the breathing exercises and meditation this will help with your health and well-being.

Step Aerobics

Step aerobics is a low-impact cardio exercise, like going up and down one step of the stairs. This increases your heart rate, which will improve your breathing and the steps will tone your bum and thigh muscles.

Over 50s

This group will do a series of low-impact exercises in the gym. They will also do a combination of pilates, yoga to help with flexibility and strength.

Wellness

The wellness group will do low-impact exercises and meditation. This will help you to move without pain and cope with stressful situations.

Zumba

Zumba is a high-impact combination of Latin American syle dances with exercise. You will move to the music of the dances like salsa, merengue, and flamenco also including squats, lunges and core work.

Pump Workout

This is a high-impact workout using dumbbells and light weights. You will workout to motivating music at a fast pace.

Ladies Only

This is a small group of ladies working together in the gym. Your instructor will help you to use various equipment to get the best possible workout for your needs.

Spinning

This is a high-intensity but low-impact exercise on a stationery bike to upbeat music.

Omnia HIIT

This is a high-intensity interval training on the Omnia circuit training equipment. This will be short bursts of intence exercise with short breaks inbetween and then low-intensity exercise.
